Reservations

Restaurant Charlie is open five days a week for dinner only. Hours of operation are Sunday, Monday and Thursday 5:30pm until 9:30pm, Friday and Saturday 5:30pm until 10:30pm.

The restaurant is available for special events which can accommodate luncheons or dinners. Given the flexible space plan a custom event can easily be created to maximize your dining objectives. Whether a stand up canapé reception for 100, or a sit down meal for 60, your dining objectives can be met with quality, professionalism and excellence at every level. Please feel free to speak to our General Manager, Conrad Reddick for further assistance with private events. Our reservations team will assist you with any special dining requests.

Restaurant Charlie is a smoke free environment. Jackets are not required (but are recommended) for gentlemen. If you decide to partake of one of the tasting menu formats please plan on 2 hours for your dining experience.
