Beverage Tasting Menu

We feature a selection of non-alcoholic drinks to accompany all of our degustation menus. These beverages use juicing, infusing, and brewing methods to create pairings that compliment the tasting menus and provide an alternative to our Wine Accompaniment. As with the cuisine, these offerings change almost daily based on seasonal fresh ingredients available. Below is a recent example of our beverage tasting menu.
